Artist Description:
“At it’s core, The Princess Bride is a romantic fairytale and I wanted the look and feel of my design to portray that. I’ve always admired the details of royal artifacts, especially crowns. And Buttercups crown was no exception. I thought the use of blush and icy blue tones spread across the floral landscape of her crown would help elevate the romantic feeling I was going for. My design places her crown in the center with all swords pointing towards it, as she becomes the true center of Westley’s world.”
